What method of shipping do you use?

We use standard service via Canada Post Expedited Shipping with tracking and insurance up to $100 CDN.

Why is my package taking so long to get to me?

Packages typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Once the parcel is in the hands of Canada Post, it is beyond our control. For shipments destined for the United States or outside North America, there may be delays for customs processing. This is out of our control. In our experience delays are usually brief, and the item will arrive to you within a few days of the expected date.

What if my parcel gets lost?

Unfortunately this can happen, but it is a very rare occurrence. When items are purchased from Much&Little, the risk of loss is passed to the customer once we deliver it to Canada Post. All packages come with up to $100 insurance and Canada Post does its best to locate lost parcels.

What if I've ordered an item and it turns out it's not in stock?

Unfortunately, this can also happen and it is also rare, and we apologize profusely! In this case, please email us at hello@muchandlittle.com and we can discuss a course of action. Sometimes the item may be available again shortly, or we can give you a refund or offer an exchange for a similar item.
