Receive complimentary shipping within Canada on orders over $199. We use Standard shipping with tracking via Canada Post.

Shipping costs are calculated at check-out and varies between $15 and $35 depending on the weight and size of the object.

US shipping, $25 (heavier orders may incur additional shipping charges).

International shipping, please contact us for a quote.

For locals, you can select the free IN-STORE pick up option at check out and we’ll have your package ready for you at the shop.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

     

    Return Policy

    In-Store Policy

    We offer store credit or exchange only within 14 days of purchase with receipt of purchase. All items must be unused, unworn, undamaged with the original tags attached. 

    All sale items, undergarments, earrings and opened apothecary items are final sale.

    Online Policy

    We allow exchanges and refunds on full priced clothing only. The following are FINAL SALE:  sale items, undergarments, opened apothecary/skincare, items bought with a discount code. 

    Items shipped outside of Canada are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds.

    In order to qualify for a refund, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product.

    Please email us at hello@muchandlittle.com or call us at 604-709-9034. We will send you exchange or refund instructions. You must receive return authorization approval from us before returning a product.

    All items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging with tags attached. Basically, it’s got to be as good as new and in resalable condition.
    We ask you to be careful when trying on garments so that make-up and deodorant does not stain the garment, rendering it unreturnable.

    Returns must be sent back to Much & Little within 10 days of receipt. Return shipping and all associated costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Items must be sent back with insurance and a tracking number. Once we receive the item and have approved the return, we will initiate the refund.
